Round Rock was rated 7th best small cities to live in (out of 100). There is affordable housing, excellent schools, and the headquarters of computer-making Dell. A con to the city of Round Rock is that their are multiple toll booths, making driving both expensive and traffic-prone.

Pros and Cons of High Point, NC

High Point is sometimes referred as “the furniture capital of the world.” It is known for it’s furniture, textiles, and bus manufacturing. Even though there are many jobs in the area, 13.2% of the population lives is below the poverty line including, 18.6% of minors, and 11.4% of those 65 years and older.

High Point is part of the larger Winston-Salem metro area.

Pros and Cons of Antioch, CA

Antioch is home to 31 parks covering a total of 310 acres. It is a very beautiful area, filled with wildlife, and near the curving, warm end of the San Francisco Bay. Antioch is mainly a residential area with affordable housing and decent jobs. There are not many attractions in this city, but it’s a nice, safe city.

Antioch is part of the larger San Francisco Bay Area, and it’s connected to San Francisco by the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), which is about a 40 minute ride.

Pros and Cons of Daly City, CA

Daly City is bordered by the city of San Francisco, which is its biggest positive. Jump on Bay Area Rapid Transit, and you’ll be in The City within 20 minutes. And like SF, Daly City is a highly diverse neighborhood with great food options. Some of the top employers include Target, Walgreens, and McDonald’s. Daly City is the largest city in San Mateo County, California.

The con about Daly City? Well, it’s no San Francisco, but it still gets the fog.

Ventura is famous for the quality of surfing its beaches offer. It’s quite the surfers’ paradise. One of the biggest pros of Pueblo is that it has the least expensive residential real estate of any city in Colorado. The average price of a home being around $150,000 makes this a very affordable sitting to live in. The city has a rich history and has been visited by multiple famous presidents. However, the city is on semi-arid desert land, with a very small amount of precipitation, making it hard to love for those who enjoy lush environments.
