Pros and Cons of New York City, NY

New York (yeah, just New York for this post) is the epitome of the big city. I mean, it’s so big, people get lost in it for decades. When asked about where they’ve been, they often remember taking a trip to New York, then they’re buddy knew of a job opening or something, and then, just, well, is it really 2013 already? I mean, New York is so eccentric that a rabbit-themed bar with but a single line of chairs is stuffed nightly and a park party is just a kiddles’ picnic unless it’s in a Brooklyn warehouse district. I mean, New York has such fine food that a burrito at a no-name shop in 20-degree Manhattan can beat one from Tucson’s best, and Cuban food in Brooklyn is more authentic than that in Miami (I won’t say Havana… I won’t).

There are negatives in there, too. Somewhere. I’m sure of it. Like, it snows in New York. Sure, it’s not much of a bother, because most people don’t have to drive in it, but it does snow. Yeah. Man, New York…

Let me put it like this. The best thing to do in New York is go to New York and let the city take it from there.
