Pros and Cons of Richmond, CA

Richmond is part of the San Francisco Bay Area, located about 15 minutes north of Oakland, and 20 from San Francisco, and it’s connected to both by Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART). It’s also on the other side of the Richmond Bridge from Marin County, with all its gorgeous hiking paths and wineries.

However, Richmond was rated one of the most dangerous cities,and rated high in auto theft and murder. The city is also has a high potential for devastating earthquakes.
