The motto of Palm Bay is “a perfect place to grow.” I think that motto is perfect. Ranking 263/400 for crime rate, the city of Palm Bay is considered a pretty safe area, and its location on the Atlantic provides it with a perfect climate for agriculture. The major con is drainage problems in parts of the city, which is something to consider considering how often it rains.
