Billings is the largest city in the US state of Montana. Area attractions include Pompey’s Pillar, Pictograph Cave, Chief Plenty Coups State Park, Zoo Montana, and Yellowstone Art Museum. Billings was rated one of the best small cities to start a business in 2009. However many people consider Billings to be lacking non-nature-based attractions, and winters are brutal.
